What is the minimum term?
The minimum term is 6 deliveries. Your first order counts as the first delivery.
How can I cancel?
After the minimum term you can cancel monthly. After you cancel, you still receive one further delivery.
How do I pay?
You pay the first instalment at checkout as usual. After that you receive an invoice every month with 14 days to pay.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price. We deliver to the delivery address of your customer account.
Can I change the coffees?
Yes, you can change your selection in your account at any time until roasting for the month begins.
What if a coffee is sold out?
We replace it with a similar coffee and let you know by email.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can skip one month. Your term is extended by that month.
